Grace Monis Decena

Grace Monis Decena founded De Carita Business Consultancy with a clear mission: to help people and organizations grow with purpose, empathy, and excellence. With extensive leadership experience across global companies in the semiconductor, BPO, and telecommunications industries, Grace has spent decades building high-performing teams and driving culture transformation in diverse workplaces.
As a certified team coach and an advocate for servant leadership and mental wellness, she brings a unique blend of strategic HR expertise, business insight, and human-centered leadership. Her career spans roles in major organizations such as Intel, Cypress Semiconductor, Sun Cellular, HSBC Data Processing Philippines, and Wipro Philippines — where she led HR for the Asia Pacific region.
Grace believes that meaningful change begins with people. Her work focuses on helping leaders build emotional intelligence, empowering teams through coaching, and guiding organizations toward healthier, more resilient cultures.
